Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a District Operations Manager at our Alabama district office. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficient billable operations, including scheduling and vendor coordination.

You will lead technician activities, support root-cause investigations, and ensure customer issues are resolved and documented. The position requires ERP experience, MS Office proficiency, and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of industry-related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics AX, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate material and equipment purchases to meet customer requirements.
• Manage district operations and supervise technician personnel, including evaluations and merit increases.
• Investigate safety incidents and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Resolve customer quality concerns and document Non-Conformance Reports as required.
• Vet and approve vendors, ensuring they are properly classified as approved suppliers.
• Serve as liaison between customers, vendors, and internal groups to resolve conflicts.
• Review customer work records for thorough documentation, PO accuracy, and costing clarity.
• Monitor technician utilization and profitability; manage field evaluation processes.
• Prepare quotations and price completed job packages; manage purchasing and inventory.
