Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks an experienced District Operations Manager to lead safety, quality, and cost control initiatives across the district. You will manage billable operations, schedule technicians, and ensure vendor vetting and timely procurement.

Responsibilities include root cause investigations, performance coaching, and aligning training with career paths; monitor utilization, profitability, and ensure thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of industry-related experience.
• ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Travel requirement: up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to safety and quality standards and regulations.
• Adheres to TEAM’s Core Values and champions them.
• Supports and manages billable operations, including scheduling.
• Responds to safety incidents with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Addresses customer quality concerns and logs Non-Conformance Reports as needed.
• Ensures vendors are vetted and classified as approved suppliers.
• Acts as liaison between customers, vendors and internal groups to resolve conflicts.
• Reviews customer work records to ensure thorough documentation and proper costing.
• Coordinates material and equipment purchases/orders to meet customer requirements.
• Oversees technician personnel activities in the District, including evaluations and merit increases.
• Facilitates technician growth through training plans and career paths.
• Monitors technician training and field evaluations; manages utilization reports.
• Evaluates crew mix to maximize profitability and controls non-billable hours.
• Manages District fleet and fuel expenditures.
• Schedules technicians and approves hours and expenses.
• Prepares customer quotations and prices completed job packages.
• Manages purchasing and vendor relations to ensure timely costs.
• Manages District inventory and supports quarterly cycle counts.
