Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required if compensated by experience.
• 5 years of prior work experience in Operations Management, including supervising a small team.
• 2+ years overseeing budget planning and cost control initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements area operating plans aligned with long-range objectives.
• Manages direct reports and oversees performance reviews.
• Monitors and manages operating unit budgets and resource needs.
• Provides direction for program execution and contingency planning as conditions change.
• Ensures safety, DOT/OSHA compliance, and productivity improvements across units.
• Leads hiring, coaching, and development of district managers.
