Job summary

Ally Waste Services LLC is seeking a District Manager to own the success of a district, leading Service Valets and delivering on-site field leadership for apartment communities.

You will manage service delivery, recruit and develop a team, and maintain strong relationships with property managers while ensuring safety and timely reporting. This role emphasizes accountability, team culture, and consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in field operations, service, or facilities.
• Strong communication with frontline workers and property management clients.
• Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage competing priorities across multiple sites.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable spending significant time in the field daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery across your district, ensuring nightly valet trash and recycling pickups are completed correctly and on time.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop your team of Service Valets.
• Conduct regular property inspections to verify service quality and resident and valet compliance.
• Provide on-call support to your team and communities as needed.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with property managers through site visits and prompt communication.
• Identify and resolve service issues before they become client concerns.
• Ensure daily delivery of valet reports to designated property staff.
• Coach and develop team, maintain records across customer, associate, and operational reporting.
