Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Knowledge of sales and development functions.
• Financial modeling experience.
• 2–4 years in Franchise Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each assigned restaurant to determine action plans for continuous improvement.
• Conduct visits to perform in-restaurant evaluations reviewing financial and profit indicators.
• Provide comprehensive coaching to drive improved and sustainable business results.
• Develop strategies and action plans with Restaurant Managers using best practices and sales tactics.
• Manage each restaurant’s P&L to optimize profit, labor and controllables.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and health department guidelines.
• Maintain positive relationships with restaurants to maximize morale and efficiency.
