Qualifications

• Concrete/ready-mix operations and dispatch knowledge.
• Experience in managing dispatch, logistics, or fast-paced operations.
• Knowledge of plant maintenance and safety compliance.
• Strong customer-service background.
• Proficiency with office software and reporting tools.
• 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Construction or project management background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Multi-Plant Operations: Oversee daily production, dispatch, maintenance, and delivery functions across multiple plants; ensure efficiency and cost control.
• Master Dispatch & Logistics: Guide dispatch teams to optimize scheduling, routing, and on-time delivery.
• Drive Plant Maintenance Excellence: Oversee preventative maintenance and plant upkeep to minimize downtime.
• Champion Customer Success: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing concerns with solutions.
• Leverage Technology: Use dispatch systems and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and drive decisions.
• Build & Develop High-Performance Teams: coach plant managers, supervisors, drivers, and dispatch personnel.
• Own Safety & Quality Standards: Enforce SRM’s 5 Principles and regulatory compliance.
• Drive Financial Performance: Monitor budgets and material costs to improve profitability.
