Responsibilities

• Lead multi-plant operations across districts to ensure efficiency, cost control, and consistent execution.
• Oversee dispatch, logistics, scheduling, routing, and on-time delivery performance.
• Oversee maintenance programs for welding, electrical, and plumbing to minimize downtime.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing concerns promptly.
• Utilize dispatch systems and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Coach plant managers, supervisors, drivers, and dispatch staff for high performance.
• Ensure safety and quality standards align with company principles and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor budgets, labor efficiency, and material costs to drive profitability.
