Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Plant Manager in the United States to lead operations, safety, and service excellence at our network of plants. You will empower teams, optimize daily processes, and ensure every load meets high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

As we grow, you’ll partner with drivers, dispatch, sales, and suppliers, drive key metrics, manage budgets, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the plant network.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose: Inspire, coach, and develop your plant team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding service to every customer.
• Oversee daily plant operations: Manage staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization to ensure efficient and timely concrete deliveries.
• Champion customer service: Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues with urgency and care.
• Drive performance: Implement and monitor key metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Foster a culture of safety: Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe and positive work environment for all.
• Promote teamwork: Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Build relationships: Develop strong connections with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to support seamless operations.
