Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-plant operations across our ready-mix network. You will drive operational excellence, oversee dispatch, maintenance, and customer-success initiatives, and build high-performance teams across several locations.

A strong focus on safety, quality, and profitability will guide every decision. You will mentor plant managers and supervisors, leverage data and technology to improve KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing multi-plant operations or high-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of dispatch, maintenance, and logistics processes.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and coach managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-plant operations across multiple ready-mix concrete plants to ensure efficiency and cost control.
• Guide dispatch teams to optimize scheduling, routing, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee plant maintenance programs and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
