SRM Concrete, a district-scale leader in ready-mix, seeks a District Manager to oversee multi-plant operations, drive dispatch efficiency, and sustain top-level safety and quality across locations. You will mentor plant managers, coordinate maintenance, and optimize scheduling while ensuring exceptional customer service and performance metrics.

Qualifications
- Concrete / Ready Mix experience preferred.
- Dispatch & operational leadership experience.
- Maintenance knowledge of plant systems.
- Strong customer service background.
- Tech-savvy and data-driven mindset.
- Leadership with character; 5+ years of experience.
- Construction / project management background considered.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-plant operations across districts.
- Oversee daily production, dispatch, maintenance, and delivery across plants.
- Guide dispatch teams to optimize scheduling and routing.
- Oversee plant maintenance and uptime.
- Build and maintain client relationships; resolve issues.
- Use reporting tools and data to drive decisions.
- Coach and develop plant managers, supervisors, drivers, and dispatch staff.
- Ensure safety, quality, and DOT/compliance standards.
