Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-plant operations across locations, overseeing production, dispatch, and maintenance while driving performance and safety. You will mentor plant managers and dispatch staff, build strong customer relationships, and ensure high-quality service is delivered across the district.

Qualifications

• Hands-on understanding of ready-mix operations and dispatch experience preferred.
• Experience managing dispatch, logistics, or high-paced operations.
• Knowledge of plant maintenance—welding, electrical, plumbing—for reliability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production, dispatch, maintenance, and delivery across multiple plants.
• Guide dispatch teams to optimize scheduling, routing, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs and plant upkeep to minimize downtime.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues with solutions.
• Analyze performance data using dispatch systems and office tools to drive improvements.
• Lead and develop plant managers, supervisors, drivers, and dispatch staff.
• Enforce SRM’s 5 Principles: Safety, Quality, Kindness, Cleanliness, Go-Getter.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and district profitability; act on insights.
