Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-plant operations in Texas. You will oversee production, dispatch, maintenance, and delivery, driving efficiency, safety, and cost control across the district.

Coach plant managers, supervisors, and dispatch personnel; analyze performance data, optimize routes, and drive customer success. If you have leadership experience in concrete/industrial ops and a hands-on, safety‑minded approach, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in industrial/operations environment.
• Experience with ready-mix, dispatch, or high-paced operations preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, dispatch, maintenance, and delivery across multiple plants.
• Guide dispatch teams to optimize scheduling and on-time delivery.
• Mentor plant managers and dispatch personnel; drive safety and quality.
• Analyze performance data and manage budgets and costs.
