Job summary

Team Industrial Services is seeking a District Manager II to lead our district operations in Houston, overseeing profitability, staffing, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and a focus on safety and quality while coordinating with vendors and customers.

The District Manager II will spend substantial time in the field, manage pricing and contracts, and ensure timely invoicing and payments.

Qualifications

• ERP experience required; Dynamics AX preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Travel requirement: 25% - 50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district operations to ensure cost-effective profitability within approved policies and budgets.
• Lead and manage personnel, including evaluations, coaching, and merit increases.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the district and with customers.
• Approve pricing documents, quotations, and vendor purchases per authority limits.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors; identify growth opportunities and cross-sell where appropriate.
