Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager in Los Angeles to meet or exceed service goals across routes. Reports to the Service Manager. Senior DM may oversee a service center with 7+ routes, focusing on positive team leadership and customer relationships.

The role requires managing route efficiency, safety compliance, and collaboration with departments to drive growth and profitability. Travel within the branch area is frequent, with a strong emphasis on training and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to recognize colors, sizes and types of products and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate a district to be highly productive through training, meetings, and coaching.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service via visits, audits, and problem solving.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures within the district.
• Drive retention and growth by soliciting new customers and upsell of services.
• Lead district communications and collaborate with other departments; maintain professional image.
