Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager to oversee daily route operations, delivery performance, and service teams. You will manage route schedules, territory coverage, and drive accountability through leadership of drivers and staff.

Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, ensuring safety and DOT compliance, and traveling within the branch area to meet service goals. A valid license and clean record are required, with a focus on high-quality service across locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in route operations, delivery management, transportation, service management, or logistics leadership.
• 1+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driving license and clean driving record; must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery and service routes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution.
• Lead and develop route drivers and service team members to drive performance and accountability.
• Address escalated customer concerns, service issues, and delivery challenges.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and DOT regulations where applicable.
