Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager to lead a district of routes, meet service goals, and report to the Service Manager. Responsibilities include developing a productive district, ensuring customer loyalty, and maintaining safety standards across facilities and service centers.

The role requires strong leadership, route sales skills, and excellent communication. Travel within the branch area is expected; the position is exempt and full-time.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate a district to be a highly productive team through training, meetings, and routine check-ins.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service through visits, audits, and problem solving.
• Manage retention and growth by soliciting new customers and upselling services.
• Oversee route organization and communicate policy changes with other departments.
• Safely operate delivery vehicles and follow company policies.
• Senior DM oversees a service center, manages inventory and deposits, and coordinates with the processing plant.
