Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager to meet or exceed service goals across a district of routes. You will report to the Service Manager, with potential to become Senior DM if the district oversees a service center with more than seven routes.

You will develop a productive team through training, regular meetings, route rides, and strong relationships with RSRs, while ensuring exceptional customer service, policy adherence, and operational efficiency across the district.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record, 21+.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication and time management.
• Ability to recognize colors, sizes and counts of product.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate a district to be highly productive through training, meetings, route rides, and strong relationships with RSRs.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service via visits, audits, problem solving, open communication and negotiation.
• Enforce policies, safety and SOP within the district.
• Drive retention and growth by soliciting new customers and upselling services.
• Lead district operations, communicate changes, and coordinate with other departments.
• Perform general route duties and operate delivery vehicle in compliance with laws.
