Job summary

Alsco Uniforms Los Angeles is seeking a District Manager to lead a district of routes, meet service goals, and potentially manage a service center as a Senior DM. The role emphasizes team motivation, customer loyalty, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth.

Responsibilities include training, route organization, safety, and performance reporting; frequent local travel within the branch area is expected; a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and types of product and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate district to be highly productive through training, meetings, and relationship-building with RSRs.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service via visits, audits, installs, problem solving, open communication; negotiate with customers.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures within district.
• Drive retention and growth by soliciting new customers and cross-selling services; monitor competitive activity.
• Lead district, communicate changes, oversee route organization and collaboration with other departments.
• Perform general route responsibilities including safe operation of delivery vehicle and adherence to instructions.
• Support other service personnel as required by supervision.
• Oversee service center operations when applicable, including inventory, deposits, and paperwork.
