Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager to meet or exceed service goals across a district of routes. The DM reports to the Service Manager and may oversee a service center; Senior DM if >7 routes. Benefits include 401K with company match and insurance options.

Responsibilities include developing a productive district, ensuring top-tier customer service, enforcing policies, and driving growth through new business while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and route sales proficiency.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Good time management and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and 21+.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate a district to be highly productive through training, meetings, and relationship-building with RSRs.
• Ensure customer loyalty and service via visits, audits, new installs, problem solving, and open communication.
• Ensure policies and safety SOP are followed within district.
• Drive growth by soliciting new customers and upselling all lines of service with a profitable mix.
• Lead district to success, communicate changes, coordinate with other departments.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle and follow company policies.
• Oversee service center inventory, deposits and paperwork for senior DM, if applicable.
• Collaborate with other service personnel as required.
