Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager to oversee a district of routes and drive service excellence. This role reports to the Service Manager and may become Senior DM if the district exceeds seven routes.

The position emphasizes leadership, route optimization, and strong customer relations. The District Manager will lead a productive team, ensure safety and policy compliance, and collaborate with branches to maintain excellent customer experiences and profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent skills in customer service and route sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; follow directions and manage time well.
• Good driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a district to be highly productive through training, meetings, route rides, and relationship building with RSRs.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service via customer visits, audits, problem solving, and effective communication with customers.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures within the district.
• Drive retention and growth by motivating district to solicit new customers and upsell products, while maintaining profitable product mix.
• Oversee route organization, collaborate with other departments, and ensure a professional image of the district.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow all laws and company policy.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervision.
• Senior DM duties include securing facility, managing inventory, and handling deposits and paperwork at the service center.
