• Thorough knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments.
• Proven positive leadership and team development across multiple locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with smartphones, tablets, and PCs.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district serving multiple salons.
• Ensure alignment with company-wide goals and quality standards.
• Direct salons with a focus on sales-building and cost control (labor, cost of sales, profitability).
• Recruit, hire, develop, and maintain high-quality staff across locations.
• Collaborate with operators and support personnel and communicate on all initiatives.
