Palm Beach Tan is seeking an outgoing district leader to oversee operations across multiple salons in Texas. You’ll drive sales growth, manage staff, and ensure brand standards while controlling costs and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of retail/sales and customer service environments.
• Proven leadership and team development across multiple locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word; willing to travel between locations.
• 3–5 years of operations/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and oversee district operations across multiple salons to align with company goals.
• Monitor costs including labor, cost of sales, revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop and maintain high‑quality staff.
• Collaborate with operators and support personnel and communicate on projects and initiatives.
