Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Salon Director/Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a busy, professional environment. You will drive sales, oversee daily operations, and mentor Beauty Consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and skincare solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience helpful.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assisting with Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Assisting with Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Track goals and performance metrics.
