Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing teams and improving guest satisfaction and retention.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; deep understanding of restaurant operations.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers.
• Build leadership pipeline and succession plan across locations.
• Hold management teams accountable for performance and results.
• Ensure consistent execution of standards, including food safety, quality, and facility maintenance.
• Drive operational improvements through adherence to systems and processes.
• Lead the rollout and execution of new products and initiatives.
• Ensure a high-quality guest experience across locations.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and coach teams to exceed expectations.
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost trends to identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve profitability.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Set clear expectations and measurable goals for each location.
• Track and improve employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
