• Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and retention.
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan across locations.
• Hold management teams accountable for performance and results.
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards, including food safety, quality, and facility maintenance.
• Drive operational improvements through adherence to systems and processes.
• Lead the rollout and execution of new products and initiatives.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns.
• Coach teams to exceed guest expectations.
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost trends to identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve profitability.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Set clear expectations and measurable goals for each location.
