Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level restaurant management experience.

• Track record of improving guest satisfaction and retention.
• Experience driving sales and profitability.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers across locations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and facility standards; drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high-quality guest experience; respond to guest concerns and coach teams to exceed expectations.
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost trends; implement profitability strategies and monitor KPIs.
• Set clear expectations and goals; monitor employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
