Job summary

BFS Foods Inc. is seeking a District Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple convenience stores in Morgantown and surrounding areas. You will lead store teams, ensure payroll accuracy, analyze labor hours, and drive margin improvements while controlling expenses.

You will work with the General Manager to recruit and develop staff, review vendor invoices, and ensure timely reporting. This role requires strong leadership, operational understanding, and a hands-on approach to store

Qualifications

3 years store management experience.

Responsibilities

Gather, verify, and submit accurate daily store reports.
Complete, review and submit payroll and personnel transaction records in an accurate and timely basis.
Monitor and analyze employee hours to determine cause for fluctuation.
Recruit, select, develop, supervise, and evaluate store employees in conjunction with General Manager.
Review invoices received from vendors to ensure accurate quantities received and accurate billing.
Monitor and maintain acceptable gross margins by marketing and merchandising.
Monitor and maintain proper expense dollars in all controllable categories.
Assume responsibilities for store manager whenever the need arises.
