• Willingness to work beyond 50 hours per week when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned convenience stores.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot store operations and performance.
• Recruit, develop, supervise, and evaluate store staff in collaboration with General Manager.
• Review and verify invoices, payroll, and personnel records for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor gross margins and manage controllable expenses to protect profitability.
• Take on store manager responsibilities when needed.
