Job summary

UDR Lighthouse EAS LLC is seeking a seasoned Property Operations Leader to drive the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of communities. You will lead staffing, budgets, and retention programs while ensuring compliance and high resident satisfaction.

The role reports to the Area Director and serves as a development path toward Regional Manager, with a focus on occupancy growth, capital projects, and consistent reporting across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 4–6 years of supervisory experience in residential property management.
• 4–6 years in strategic planning, financial analysis, or operational management, preferably real estate.
• Experience with OneSite or similar site operating system.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and identify revenue opportunities.
• Analyze market conditions and implement occupancy strategies.
• Oversee daily property operations, safety, compliance, and emergency procedures.
• Conduct weekly site inspections to maintain property standards and curb appeal.
• Resolve escalated resident concerns and implement retention programs.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop associates while managing performance and staffing needs.
• Prepare required reports and support business objectives.
