Job summary

Inquis Medical, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to grow the VTE business by increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager, Chief Commercial Office and Director of Marketing to ensure optimal product use and patient outcomes. You will actively grow revenue in assigned accounts, develop new opportunities, and lead a robust pipeline while maintaining relationships with hospitals and physicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience, including 8+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals and KPIs.
• Creativity and a passion for innovation.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and market share within assigned accounts by building relationships with hospitals, laboratories, physicians, and key purchasing stakeholders.
• Prospect, develop, and convert new customer opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Retain and expand existing business through renewals and increased account penetration.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Proactively communicate product updates, promotions, pricing changes, and industry trends.
• Represent Inquis at industry events and trade shows, generate qualified leads, and report results.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and CRM documentation.
• Travel as required to support customer needs and territory objectives.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives.
