Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in related field, incl. 8+ years medical device sales
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals and KPIs
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and market share within assigned accounts by building relationships with hospitals, laboratories, physicians, and key stakeholders
• Prospect, develop, and convert new customer opportunities with a robust sales pipeline
• Retain and expand existing business through renewals and expanded adoption of products and services
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment
• Communicate product updates, promotions, and industry trends to customers
• Maintain expert knowledge of products and competitive offerings and provide market intelligence
• Represent Inquis at industry events and trade shows to generate leads and report opportunities
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM documentation to support planning
