ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period you will gain hands-on experience to supervise multiple ALDI stores, work with store managers to deliver exceptional service, and drive sales growth.

The program offers comprehensive training, career advancement, competitive compensation, and a supportive team environment. This position covers areas within the Frederick serving: Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• Experience leading store management teams.
• Strong recruitment, training and development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicates expectations to store management and leads the team.
