Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple stores and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
• Willing to travel domestically daily.
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management personnel to drive sales and performance.
• Recruit, select, promote and staff district locations.
• Coach store personnel and resolve employee and customer concerns.
• Oversee compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Plan district weekly operations calls and training sessions.
