ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week intensive training period you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience to oversee multiple ALDI stores and lead store management teams across the Faribault division.

The program covers MN, IA, SD, ND, and Western Wisconsin, with a starting salary of $95,000 and a $5,000 signing bonus. Subsequent increases are $110,000, $120,000 and $130,000 in later years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Domestic travel required daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management personnel.
• Drive sales growth and exceptional customer service.
• Recruit, select, and staff district locations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Communicate and coach across levels of ALDI employees.
