ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in the Faribault Division, serving MN, IA, SD, ND and western WI. Over 44 weeks, you gain knowledge and hands-on experience to oversee multiple stores and lead store managers toward service, staffing and sales excellence.

The role offers a starting salary of $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and staged increases to $110k, $120k and $130k in subsequent years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Ability to drive results through district store managers.

Responsibilities

• Directs and develops district store managers to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Recruits, trains, and develops staff to ensure staffing and engagement.
• Implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates travel and logistics within district.
