Job summary

ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple stores. You will work with store managers to ensure service, staffing, and operational excellence while driving sales growth.

Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus; Year 2–Year 4 salary increases are planned. Domestic travel is required daily, and a company car is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
• Ability to develop rapport and lead store management teams.
• Experience with training and developing personnel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates expectations to store management and leads management personnel.
• Leads and develops the store manager team to grow sales and customer satisfaction.
• Recruits, selects and staffs personnel across district locations.
• Oversees adherence to policies, budgeting and safety standards.
• Plans district meetings, trainings and performance reviews.
