Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program, a 44-week intensive training path preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores. You will work closely with store managers to drive customer service, employee engagement, and operational excellence while gaining hands-on experience and exposure to district leadership.

The role covers Brunswick, GA within the Baldwin Division, with a starting salary of $95,000, a $5,000 signing bonus, and scheduled salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and communicate effectively with store management and district staff.
• Ability to plan, implement and monitor action plans to improve operating results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and assess personnel to maximize professional potential.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, and training across assigned stores within the district.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Plan district meetings, trainings and performance reviews.
