Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for its District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period you’ll gain hands‑on experience preparing you to oversee multiple stores and lead store management to deliver exceptional service and sales growth.

This full-time program covers the Baldwin Division area serving the Savannah, GA area. Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and substantial salary increases planned in years 2–4 as you progress toward district

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to recruit, select, and promote store personnel.
• Willingness to travel domestically daily.

Responsibilities

• Communicates responsibilities and expectations to store management and leads the team.
• Leads and develops the store management team to drive sales and service.
• Recruits, selects, and staffs the district's stores to ensure proper staffing.
• Trains and develops direct reports to maximize potential.
• Ensures compliance with policies and safety standards across the district.
