ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee program. Over a 44-week training period you will gain knowledge to oversee multiple ALDI stores, work with store managers to ensure exceptional service, drive operations, and accelerate sales growth.

This full-time role covers areas within the Haines City Division serving Tampa, FL. Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and planned increases to $110,000, $120,000 and $130,000 by Years 2–4, along with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to store management; leads and develops store management personnel.
• Leads, develops, and supervises the store manager team to grow sales and maintain high performance.
• Fosters a positive working environment and teamwork among direct reports.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Recruits, selects, promotes and assigns personnel within the district.
• Trains and develops direct reports to maximize professional potential.
• Observes and evaluates performance; provides feedback and coaching.
• Collaborates with the store manager to resolve escalated concerns.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees staffing, expense controls, and merchandising standards.
• Plans district meetings and trainings using company materials.
