ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for a District Manager Trainee program. Over 44 weeks you will gain hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple stores and drive sales growth. The role covers the Haines City Division serving Orlando, FL and includes a comprehensive training path and competitive compensation.

The program starts with a $95,000 salary, $5,000 signing bonus, and increases to $110k–$130k in later years. Domestic travel with a company car is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills essential.
• Ability to manage store personnel and district operations.
• Experience interpreting company policies and procedures.
• Proven problem solving, negotiation, and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management to drive sales and service.
