Job summary

ALDI USA invites motivated individuals to apply for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period, you’ll gain hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores.

You will work with store managers to ensure excellent service, a positive work environment, and strong sales growth across districts. This role covers areas within the Haines City Division serving Sarasota, FL and offers a comprehensive starting package with a $95,000 salary and a $5,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and open communication with direct reports.
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong problem solving, conflict management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of financial performance and ability to apply data to decisions.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to store management and leads the store management team.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results and staffing within the district.
• Oversees staffing, recruitment, promotion, and performance for personnel within the district.
• Trains and develops direct reports to maximize potential and ensure coaching and feedback.
• Oversees adherence to policies, safety, and customer service guidelines across stores.
