Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores and lead store management to achieve sales growth and exceptional customer service.

The role covers areas within the Loxley Division serving the Gulf Coast Region to Tallahassee. Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus, and scheduled increases to $110k, $120k, and $130k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for district teams.
• Ability to develop rapport and open communication.
• Knowledge of ALDI operating policies and HR practices.
• Financial acumen to evaluate performance and drive results.
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation abilities.
• Able to travel domestically daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop district store management teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee staffing, training, and scheduling across district stores.
• Implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Plan district weekly operations calls and training events.
• Communicate ALDI core values and strategy.
