Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week intensive training period, you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores as a district manager.

This full-time program covers areas within the Haines City Division serving Sarasota, FL, with starting salary $95,000 and a $5,000 signing bonus. Yearly salary increases are planned up to $130,000, with daily travel and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong leadership and staff-development abilities.
• Proven ability to set expectations and coach performance.
• Excellent communication with team and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management personnel to drive sales and performance.
• Recruit, select, and staff locations within the district.
• Coach staff and manage advancement and discipline processes.
• Monitor store operations and customer service standards.
• Plan district weekly operations and training events.
