Job summary

ALDI is seeking a District Manager Trainee in the Minnesota/Iowa/South Dakota/North Dakota and Western Wisconsin region. The program spans 44 weeks of training to prepare you for overseeing multiple ALDI stores.

The role covers Faribault Division areas within Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota and Western Wisconsin. Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and scheduled increases in years 2–4 up to $130,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Directs and develops store management teams to achieve sales and service goals.
• Leads, coaches and evaluates district managers to ensure high performance.
• Oversees staffing, recruiting, and training within the district.
• Implements plans to improve operating results and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulations across the district.
• Manages travel logistics and maintains a company car program for district roles.
