ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for its District Manager Trainee program covering Central Northeast Indiana and Louisville/Lexington areas. Over a 44-week training, you will learn to oversee multiple stores, lead store management, and drive sales growth.

This full-time role offers a starting salary of $95,000, a $5,000 signing bonus, and staged increases to $110k, $120k and $130k in subsequent years, with domestic travel and a company car.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and open communication that enhances the performance of direct reports.
• Knowledge of ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Problem solving and conflict management skills.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops store management personnel to drive sales and performance.
• Maintains a positive working environment and teamwork among direct and staff reports.
• Oversees staffing and scheduling within the district to ensure proper coverage.
