Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to store management.
• Leads, develops, and supervises the district’s store management to drive sales.
• Fosters a positive working environment and effective teamwork across locations.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results and staffing.
• Oversees recruitment, promotion, and staffing within the district.
• Trains and develops staff to reach professional potential.
• Monitors store KPI results and plans district-wide goals and budgets.
• Plans district weekly operations calls and regular training events.
