ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee program in Virginia. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain hands-on experience to oversee multiple stores as a district manager, driving customer service, staff development, and sales growth.

A clear path to responsible leadership within ALDI’s expanding district network is provided. Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and planned increases to $110,000, $120,000, and $130,000 in subsequent

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel for district responsibilities.
