Job summary

ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee program in Frederick, MD. Over 44 weeks of intensive training, you will gain hands-on experience overseeing multiple stores, driving customer service, and accelerating sales while building a strong operations foundation.

The role covers the Frederick division with travel across the region and includes a starting salary of $95,000 plus a $5,000 signing bonus, with potential growth to $130,000 in later years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to develop store management teams.
• Ability to interpret and apply operating policies; proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store management team to drive sales and customer service excellence.
• Communicate expectations and performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Recruit, schedule, and assign staff to maintain staffing levels across the district.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
