Job summary

ALDI Brand is seeking a District Manager for Central Arkansas & Jonesboro. The District Manager Trainee program spans 44 weeks, providing hands-on experience overseeing multiple ALDI stores and developing Store Managers to drive exceptional customer service and sales growth. The role covers the O’Fallon division area with travel across the district.

Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and annual increases through Year 4. A company car is provided for district travel.

• Oversee staffing, training, and succession planning within the district.
• Coordinate with store managers to drive operational excellence and cost control.
• Communicate company strategy and values across all levels of staff and partners.
• Plan and conduct district-level meetings and training sessions.
