ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in Mount Juliet. Over a 44-week training period you will gain hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple stores, working closely with store managers to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

The role covers areas within Mount Juliet serving MS, TN, Southern Kentucky and Northern Alabama, with a starting salary of $95,000, a $5,000 signing bonus, and planned increases to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; business or related field preferred.
Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in staffing, development, and performance coaching.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and supervise the district manager team to drive sales and high performance.
Collaborate with store managers to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive work environment.
Recruit, select, promote, and staff locations within the district to ensure adequate staffing.
Develop action plans with store management to improve operating results and compliance with policies.
